Ginchy embodies dual musical identities, delivering uplifting euphoric house alongside hypnotic bass-driven tech house and techno. Their live sets are immersive journeys, guiding dancers from celestial highs to deeper cosmic territory.
The name’s origins may lie in the old slang term “ginch,” meaning “to approve” or “endorse.” Fittingly, Ginchy quickly earned the scene’s endorsement with the Ginchy EP I: Relief / Empire Falls on Butterfly Effect in 2021. Its standout track, Empire Falls, was championed by Joris Voorn and The Martinez Brothers, establishing Ginchy as a rising global talent.
